MAIN EGVIA HIGHLIGHT @ #TRA2018 – VIENNA

Check out what TRA 2018 brought to EGVIA.

More than 3,500 visitors, 100 sessions organised and given throughout the 4 days, 8,500 minutes of scientific discussion and amongst more than 90 exhibitors have made TRA 2018 edition its biggest success so far.

Beside digitalisation and multi-modality, decarbonisation has been a key topic of TRA 2018.

As correctly said by Violeta Bulc on the opening day: “Decarbonisation is a core enabler for the future of European transport” ((source: https://twitter.com/TRA_Conference/status/986522838344634368)

Decarbonisation is essential for the future of sustainable & innovative transport. A lot of discussions and presentations focused on how research can drive transport decarbonisation further, on the necessity to work together and to put in place the necessary measures to reduce CO2 emissions.

One thing is certain: in addition to the concrete results from research activities, communicating these results to other stakeholders and various parties is capital, to ensure that knowledge and best practices are shared for the benefit of the European Economy, Society and Environment.

That is why TRA is an event not to be missed ! (download the full News – button below)
